Returned to use a birthday coupon. Tried the southern charm burger and garlic fries this time. The burger was decent, but not... amazing. Meat had good flavor bacon was crispy but I had hoped for a better combination of flavors. I got regular fries whilewaiting for my garlic fries and burger. The regular fries were ok, but rhe garlic fries were much better. My waitress thisvisit was great. Checked on my table regularly, food came out quick, answered all my questions, brought me a sample of sauce totry. Waitress was excellent. Id say this visit was better than my previous ones, but still just a little better than averagefood wise. ?----------------------------------------------------------------- I've only eaten at Red Robin twice. I returnedthere this time with a friend just to give it another try. Same as the first time the hamburgers are priced pretty high, and thefries are decent but overall for a hamburger and fries it's an expensive meal. Some new items have been added to the menu sincemy first visit I decided to try one of the new hamburgers they had that had a bunch of toppings on it. We were seated promptlyand the weight service was okay, there was a few times where we were left unattended for a bit. Overall there were no problemswith the food or service, but the overall experience was just average. For the price there are many other burger places I wouldrather dine at, this is just a fancier dining experience for hamburgers. I don't necessarily think that the hamburgers tastebetter than many other places. I might return again in the future but it will probably be far in between, my last two visitswere at least two years apart. Read more

What can I say about my visit! Red Robin, yummmmm! Our service was very good. Very nice server and up on our needs, like... refills, bottomless fries and quickness. Food was very good. Burgers were cooked properly, assembled properly and lookedappetizing. And they didn't disappoint. What is a bit off was the surface cleaning. The two tables we were supposed to besitting at were already cleaned and staged, but they weren't really clean and floor was very slippery. And at firstappearances, the front doors need cleaning. Badly. They Actually have a build up of dirt on the areas where you touch and holdthe doors open. It was like that the last time I was here and is still that way. Great service. Very clean restaurant and the service was fast. Our waitress was attentive and courteous. The food was fresh.... We had the onion ring tower as an appetizer. We also ordered a veggie burger and a cheeseburger with an egg and some bonelessBBQ wings. Everything tasted great. My kid is extremely picky and she had zero complaints. The staff is attentive and the food was pretty quick. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers (especially the veggie burger)... wasn?t as good here as the Red Robin locations in Colorado. My veggie burger tasted a bit old which was unfortunate because itlooked appetizing upon first look. I ended up taking one bite and leaving the rest. My husband said his chicken sandwich wasn?ttoo great either compared to Red Robin locations in Colorado. My youngest is autistic and VERY picky about his food he only eats very specific things so we order the cheeseburger plain ... without meat in order to have a grilled cheese and have never had complaint about accommodating to this unlike otherrestaurants. Went shopping at the Forum North East side of San Antonio. I was hungry and tired. Hankering for a burger I knew I couldn't go... wrong at Red Robin. Bartender ,Angie, her service was on point. Had Master Cheese Burger cooked to perfection n delish. Bistrosauce that's on the burger is so good. Let's not forget the crispy tender sweet potato fries, which I chose as a side and Xtrawas served as I waited for my meal-2sauces for dipping- ranch n campfire mayo- yummmm. Woodbridge Merlot red wine complimentedmy burger-reasonable price. Full bar. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessibility. Read more
