Swung through here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Food was piping hot, fries were fantastic. Floor was clean. Went to... the bathroom and that was clean as well. Got the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with fries and tried a strawberry pie. Not myfavorite but can't knock them for that. It was hot and what not. Read more
I really like Arby's.....but....this one went downhill fast...first couple times food qas good and hot.....last two times not so... much ...sandwiches look like someone sat on them....tonight the lady at the window qould not honer their own coupon....notexpired....plus wrong fries....and short a sandwich....i am done Read more
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Avoid this disgusting Arby?s location at all cost! They messed up my wife?s sandwich and upon asking if... they could fix it, they took it, scoffed and laughed among each other in an inappropriate kind of way and then gave us back aPURPOSEFULLY messed up sandwich. Group of four kids working in the drive thru window and they were all acting inappropriate andimmature. Going here for my wife?s dinner was a big mistake and I fear for whoever else may eat here, for what they might do toyour food too. Read more

This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to. Check EVERYTHING before you leave the store. I've only been twice, both times my... order was completely wrong. If you make even the slightest change to how the sandwich is made they seem to be completely unableto process a custom order. Risk it if you want but check everything and check again. Read more
Best thing I got in any order I've made so far at this restaurant has been the curly frys. Sandwiches have been cold and bland.... I could look past these things but the restaurant has just opened and they all were trained ahead of time in another restaurantclose to this location. Poor management that already demonstrated they were poor management when they worked for another fastfood restaurant in the same town. In the end I'm just going to say I wasn't impressed and was and I mean WAS excited for a newrestaurant but it's clear if things keep going as they are lots of people aren't going to make this a regular stop. Sandwich was big and hot. People were super friendly...and Thank God there is a place open after 1 am for travelers to eat and... for the people that work til 1 am too! Read more
Extremely disappointed with the service and staff, not to mention the food was lukewarm at best. Went through the drive thru... ordered the Waugh burger meal was asked to park and they would bring it to us 25 minutes later and I had to go inside to askabout our food that was just sitting on the counter. When I got back to my truck to share my burger with my wife it was raw onthe inside and lukewarm. Nasty. Was told that that's the way they serv them . Will never be back again.
