My very first time getting food from here. I ordered the bourbon chicken combination platter. It was the worst take out Chinese... food I ever had. I paid nearly $11.00 for children that was so hard and didn’t even look like children, the rice had no flavorand the egg roll was over cooked and very crunchy. What a waste of money. Stopped in the other night after work ( 7:30pm) to pick up take out and they acted like they were doing me a favor by serving... me. Only my opinion, but their counter girl does not need to deal with the public. Definitely will not be going back. Read more
This place has the best food on this side of the bay for sure. I promise you will love it if your into American Chinese food.... Not to self it's a take out place that has only 2 tables to eat inside that seat 4 people and one table for 2. I come here toget food to go all the time. Must try it if your close by. Read more
This place has ok food, its a hit or miss. Sometimes the rice is old or not cook by the same person. And sometimes the chicken... wings are really small or sometimes big. But the people are really nice that work there.Just ordered again tonight, so we willsee! If not any better we are going to find a new spot. And we have been eating there for 6 yrs or more. Read more

Edit: The day after I posted my original review I got a text from the owner offering to replace my order at no charge. I was... willing to give them another shot and I was not disappointed. All the previous issues were resolved and they took such care topay attention to my likes, like extra sesame seeds in my cold noodles. The owner even texted me after to make sure we werehappy. We are all human and have our off days. That's ok. The service in response was beyond reproach. Wonderful local, familyrun restaurant. I will definitely be back! Thank you Hong Kong Team! I've been ordering from here for awhile and always enjoyedit. What I received felt like it came from a different restaurant and it was not good. Not sure what's up. There were some goodthings.... The egg roll, while small, was crispy and hot. The pork in the fried rice was good, larger pieces and tender. Veggiesin combo platter were crisp tender and not overcooked. What was not good.... The cold sesame noodles were hot, lacked flavor andwere very watery. What flavor was there was overly sweet. Didn't even have the signature sesame seeds on top. The beef and mixedveg had similar issues. Beef lacked any flavor and the sauce was super watery. The rice on the bottom was soggy from all theliquid. I'm sorry to say that I didn't even eat very much of either dish and really have no desire to eat the leftovers. Paid$30 for food that I didn't eat so not sure if I'm going to order again. Maybe I'll give it one more shot but that's a lot ofmoney to waste, especially these days. Read more
