W????W!!! The Maple Street Biscuit Company in Seminole, Florida has the absolute BEST customer service! We were greeted by the... manager on duty Jalyn. After finding out that this was our first visit, he served us complimentary Cinnamon Biscuits to try. Thewere so delicious, big and fluffy, and sweet and savory. This restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked. We orderedBiscuits and Gravy with meatball sized Italian Sausage. Honestly, I could have eaten this all day long. It was that good! Ourcoffees were freshly made and were served promptly. All of the food they serve is very fresh. Our Maple Pepper Bacon wasAMAZING, too. The ambiance here is very friendly, relaxed, and inviting. There are smaller tables to really large communitysized tables to accommodate any party. The music they play is upbeat and fun. It seems as if it had a Bluegrass vibe. Theportions are well worth the value. The prices are extremely reasonable. The menu features a large variety of options, includingsteak. Go! Go now! Biscuits are made fresh , right in front of you! A staff member makes and kneads the dough, cuts the biscuits, and... then bakes them. I saw a staff member bring out a good looking container with boneless, skinless, chicken breast. They batterand fry them fresh. I always get, ?The Five? which is a piece of fried chicken with bacon and cheese in between Biscuits andcovered with extra sausage gravy and pepper jelly on the side. The Maple Tap coffee that they offer as a slightly sweet tasteof maple syrup which is something that will make you return! The staff is friendly and fast. There were MANY people there duringthe lunch rush. The staff handled it with ease keeping friendly smiles the entire time. Other menu items are offered if you donot fancy biscuits. You must go to this restaurant! Everything is made from scratch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The inside is a very... open and new looking environment. Instead of giving your name we had to give our favorite beach song. They call your song nameto come up and get your food. You order when you walk in. I had the maple latte it was great. You can do endless coffee too andhave pumper pots to help yourself. Head out and check out this place! Read more

A serve yourself ripoff. Service here is " ughhh I gotta work now" Never been here... You wander in and not 1 of the six or so... employees even look at you. Much less say welcome...or please seat yourself. Me. I am looking for a hostess. I sit down...onlyto feel like an idiot..no servers here. Fast food...serve yourself at eat in diner prices. 2.75 for coffee thats 99 cents atCircle K. Same quality in my opinion. Make yourself...grab your own cup...paper. No server to offer you a warm up. Menu isodd.... Maybe I got the wrong item... $4.00 but no egg...no cheese...just plain hashbrowns. Try 1 Biscuit...your speacilty.$3.00 a bit steep for a biscuit....99 cents at Mc Donalds...Wendys...Popeyes..KFC...again same quality. Not all that. The placewas however very clean...sparse and sterile. No decor atmosphere or ambiance...open ceiling with exposed ductwork and everythingelse.
