I've been ordering pizza at this location for nearly 2 years. Never had an issue. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks about 2... weeks ago and the order was really late getting here, the pizzas were cold and the cheese sticks were piping hot. I assumedthey were busy. So we ordered a couple pizzas again today and after waiting 50 minutes I decided to call. I explained the fullsituation, she offered no apologies but asked if I wanted to void my order. I said that if she felt confident my pizzas wouldarrive hot is rather have the pizza. She said she was voiding my order and that she didn't appreciate my attitude and asked menot to order from there again. Read more

So I called in order to Papa John's in Seminole on November 9th, a Gluten Free pizza I go to pick up walk inside to a young girl... with head down no greeting, stood and waited for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me,When picked up pizza it was blackburnt, unacceptable! So they tell me going to refund my money call my bank ,the refund hasn't shown up ,the the cook sends memessage e-mail saying he was manager,with hair hanging in his eyes.. They haven't refunded my credit back to my account,theyjust want to offer me free pizza..No Thanks!! Will not order from Papa Johns for a long time. Read more

Like most fast food restaurants the employees are the pinnacle of hard work. Called to cancel order after almost 2 hours. ... Workers seemed more than thrilled that I cancelled order. Can?t rely on anyone these days to perform the simplest tasks. Read more

I order from this location frequently. But after today NEVER AGAIN. We watch the delivery guy come out with someone's order in... his hands and dropped there food on the ground.The top came off he looked around scooped it back in the container, sat in hisfront seat of his car while placing the lid back to secure it, then shook it up really good and set off to deliver it????! Icalled and spoke with the manager he said he will have a talk with the guy. But dropping food on the ground then picking it upto give someone is absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be tolerate. This is probably not his first time doing something likethis or worse. So if your food was delivered by a bluish car with like black convertible rag top your food was dropped on theground. Papa John's yall have to do better. Read more

Haven't had Papa John's in a long time and was disappointed with our takeout pizza. Toppings were very skimpy and very little... sauce. May be another long while before I get Papa John's again! Read more

Great pizza, super polite young man at the register. There was a slight mix up, with our Garlic knots being well done and... missing the sauce. The manager stepped in and offered a solution that was much to my family?s satisfaction. 5 stars isn?talways about a perfect experience, but rather how an imperfect experience is addressed. The cheesy bread is always great but tonight (which is a Saturday night), there is no delivery. I called the next nearest... location they wouldn?t deliver and offered me the closest location delivery number. I told them that they aren?t deliveringtonight??can?t help you?. Also if you don?t use your mobile app to order you can?t use your rewards points!!! Read more

This is the response i got when CRYSTAL NAPIER replied to my order when I came in was told 10 more minutes when app stated ready... was fine. Then after 12 minutes I asked were my pizza was was told have to cook it will take 10 minutes no explanation orapology. Ridiculous you run this store this way your arrogant and not customer oriented. Get over yourself it's about thecustomer if there is an issue. As you replied you thought I was upset about waiting, wow YOUR FIRED It was about being lied topizza will be 10 more minutes when it wasn't in oven and not acknowledging YOUR ERROR. Dear Bruce, I am sorry you had to waitfor your food a little longer then was stated.We try our best to get the food out on time but sometimes things happen and we getbacked up. As for the points we cant add them at the store but at the bottom  of your receipt there are number that you can goin to your acct and add them yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience. Read more
