All drive-thru patrons should receive a "thank you" regardless of leaving a tip. Only when I leave a tip do I receive a "thank... you." Not okay. Only silence was exchanged between the young lady and me this afternoon as I removed my card from the portableterminal she extended out her window. Do better next time. Anyone who chooses to spend money at this establishment shouldreceive a thank you - not only the visitors who include a nonessential tip. Since discovering that Smoothie King offers keto smoothies I excitedly ran down to this location and could not be more pleased... and impressed with the service provided by the young men and women that work at this store. As far as the Keto Champ Coffeesmoothie goes, it was fabulous and since I've been on the keto diet for the past 2-1/2 years and seemingly conceded smoothiesfrom my diet, I felt as if I was reacquainting myself with an old friend. You may be surprised how many varieties they offer inline with many different diet's, all of there drinks and nutrition info are spelled out and clearly displayed in store to makeordering simple. This location has the kindest owner and staff. Such service and customer care is rare in today's business environment. I... recently had an issue that the owner went over and above to resolve.
