Mobile ordered drink at 10:43. Gave me an estimated time of 10:53. Drink received at 11:00. I felt as if drive thru would have... been faster, ie, they get their drinks sooner. Defeats the purpose of a mobile order. Complaint to corporate management, mobileapp should not give an estimated time if it?s inaccurate. Defeats purpose of an estimated time. They should adjust the estimatedtime based on projected wait times, especially during high volumes. It?s wildly counterintuitive to use the mobile app. I wouldnot mobile order at any Starbucks location again. Reflects poorly on baristas. They should not offer mobile orders at thisovercrowded location. In my opinion the whole point of ordering in advance on a mobile app is to have it ready at the estimatedtime. App developers should remove the estimated time rather than show an inaccurate one. Read more

Great customer service, but ya?ll need to take lessons on making a good passion tango tea. I?ve been here three times for the... same drink and it?s awful; warm, low on ice, I?m assuming it melted, resulting in the tea being flavorless and watered down. I was just here today on September on September 7th and try to buy 20 gift cards at $5 apiece. I also ordered a coffee. The... cashier literally could not ring up 20 gift cards. And I also never got my coffee. I am just appalled at the level of service weare dealing with in the society right now. I went to the bank earlier today and the cashier had no idea how to even cash a checkand had to ask for help . It just makes me want to stay home for everything Read more

So taking away my previous five star rating that I've had for this location for a very long time, just visited for 50% off... Tuesday and I'm a frequent flyer at many different locations and I've never seen any location do this before, refer to thepicture. Soo was this bad yesterday? ( has yesterdays date on the sticker thats covered) maybe you didnt want to take the lossso you stuck a sticker on it with today's date? do I even eat this? I'm sure it's fine but at least peel the old sticker offnext time.i work in retail with the SAME sticker gun.. would have easily come off unless it'd been on there for a while..hum???? Read more

Jodi and the team over at Store 26677 deserve sone recognition. Especially these days, it?s easy to just say you?re out of... something ?extra? like oat milk. These guys have no problem instacarting it to the store and making sure we stay energized tokeep keeping on.
