This is a good place to come too during the day the workers are very nice and do their job right at night however the service is... always terrible my cheese was spilled out in my bag when they handed me my order my cheese quesadilla barely had any cheese onit and when i opened it one slice had NO CHEESE on it but during the day it always is nicely done. the staff members at nightwho make the food need to be fired or trained better. they suck. Horrible customer service by the black assistant manager who works weekends with her kid living in the dining room, acts like... she owns the store and wants things done her way. She always has the store closed so you can't even pick up the food with out anissue Read more

I just left Taco Bell in Seminole & had ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I realized it when I got to the window & asked if I... could switch to what I originally meant to order, the lady was so nice and told me to pull off while they make my new order.When she gave me my food she told me I could keep what I originally ordered cuz they would just have to discard of it anyway...Ifelt horrible!! I told her I would pay extra and she was so sweet and said not to worry about it. I wish I got her name, cuz Ireally appreciate her doing this for me & her kindness. I will definitely continue go there! Very professional. Read more

Don?t usually rate a fast food restaurant, but stopped in for a quick breakfast. Best Taco Bell service I?ve ever had! The lady... at the front was friendly and super helpful. :) Read more

Nice service but food is so small ....cheese on 3 chips of nacho bell grande yet told to hold beans ... scatter it around....... presentation.....make it look at those each chip it not lonely. Same goes with tacos...WHERE IS THE MEAT!?! Not just this Tacobell but many. I shouldn't have to pay for a side of sour cream when it is suppose to come with it on it yet there isn't a evena bite of one chip's worth. Nice service. Just give to training before they "work" .....it is not their mistakes, it is being"thrown to the wolves" & expected to excel. Read more

I ordered online. Pick up was easy through the drive through. Friendly service as always and food was prepared neatly and hot.... There was some miscommunication among staff as they continued to take orders and maintained the drive through window, but evenwith that they were so very kind. It did take awhile to get the order. They totally messed up our order for take out (3rd time now in the last 2 months- both take out & drive through). I checked the... bag before we walked out & they supposedly made it correct (after things were missing). Well, once we get home (a good 20+ mindrive), the order was STILL wrong & we got screwed out of some of the best things we ordered. Then- no sour cream provided, eventhough we asked twice for it. The place seemed understaffed & was looking for help with immediate interviews (they had a wholetable set up for applicants). Food is pretty good, if you get what you ordered & paid for. Check your food thoroughly before youleave!!! Read more

If I could give it 0 stars I most definitely would! Placed an order online for $10 and waited in line for an hour at the drive... thru. Got to the window and the worker told me I needed to cancel my order because ?their manager got hit by a car? - so I leftand went to cancel it and the app would not let me. Called up to the Taco Bell and manager told me she didn?t know how she couldhelp me she was only there to fill in. I had to tell her to take my number down so that someone could call me to make it rightsince she did not have the capacity to come up with any kind of solution. No one ever contacted me back. I went in there todayto get my money back waited at the counter for 10 minutes to be helped listening to the workers calling old workers chubby whileanother worker had her kid with her on her shift ???????? like is this real life? So they told me they could not give me mymoney back and I had to go through the app. Once again, no solution I am just out $10 to a donation to Taco Bell. Lovely. Willnever go back to this location. I sincerely feel bad if the manager was in fact harmed but it does not make an excuse for thecustomer service I received. Conflict resolution skills = 0 Read more
