They answered the phone promptly and took my order quickly. They were a little bit too quick with me and kind of wanted me to... shut up, but now I realize that is only because they wanted to give speedy service to everyone. So I overlooked what appeared tobe rudeness, and just placed the order. The food was delivered quickly, beautifully, and hot. And a very good value. Got our order wrong, first they wanted to argue with us about weather the order was right despite the fact that we were looking... right at the food and the ticket and it was wrong. Then they offered to come pick up the wrong sandwich, despite the fact wealready waited 45 minutes and started eating. Their last attempt was to offer us $2 off our next one?. This is a failure of theestablishment at every level; from the cook, to the management, to the person who was on the phone with me? i tried this placedespite all the other bad reviews and after first had experience i can say all the bad reviews are 100% accurate. Ordered a philly deluxe with extra cheese and mayo. Was delivered without the extra cheese and without mayo. It seems they mess... up my order pretty often. Called to report the error and was told the order was made correctly and they could bring me mayo if Iwanted. 3 out of the last 5 subs I ordered were wrong. Read more

The lady who took the order was very sweet and seemed to care about customer service. However the pizza was another story. The... crust was soft and doughy, and the toppings were tasteless and boring. Vegetable pizza, supposed to have like 5 vegs, no tasteat all. Might have been frozen veggies for the flavor they had. No seasonings, no marinara flavor, and just the tiniest bit ofcheese. The BBQ chicken pizza had only plain grilled chicken and bbq sauce. Again no flavor! I'm used to grilled onions and agood amount of cheese on a bbq pizza. This place needs a chef. Read more

This location is the worst. I always ask to have my pizza cut into squares. They never do. I ask to have buffalo sauce put on... top of my chicken pizza. They never do. The employees just make it how they want and send it out. Whats the point of having acustomer request box online and never make pizza the way the customer wants. I know the problem is from this specific locationbecause the belleair location makes the pizza exactly the way i ask every time. Maybe one day management will care more aboutrunning the store properly. Read more
What a pleasant experience! From the professionalism and kindness when calling in to place my order and arriving to pick it up,... to the amazing quality of the food that I received. I ordered the White Specialty Ricotta Pizza and was told it would be readyin 20 minutes, which it was. You would think I'm getting paid to write this review, but I'm not.
