I usually have a good service and food. Not sure what has happened, but there were issues. Our first server had an attitude... then didn't return. Not sure why. It's a food chain with mediocre overpriced food. Chicken fried steak is basically bread. I have retried a few of the items on... the menu breakfast and dinner menu over the years and it never gets better. Grease is usually always old and the food is eitherovercooked or undercooked. Decent place to go to chat but definitely not for the food. Customer service is always good andpolite though. Read more
There is a waitress working in there that has a poor attitude towards other staff and even half rude to us customers. She was... being hateful enough towards other staff that the girl quit. I normally like this place but from the looks of it they don't havemanagement in the evening time or that girl acting like that was poor management. I got the chance to visit while working out of town. I am from the Dallas Texas area, and many people recommended that I stop in... and check this place out. Man, I am GLAD I did. Everyone that worked there was very kind and accommodation and they had some ofthe best fries I have had in a long time! The entire atmosphere of the place was nostalgic and welcoming! Wow!!! This is the first time I've eaten in any Boomarang and I am not disappointed. The service was great. Two waitresses one... no non sense right to the point. The other very sweet and low key, both together the perfect balance for this place. Theywelcomed everyone most by name, love it!!!! I will always eat here when I come visit family. Can't wait to eat dinner here. Ohlet me not forget I saw the chef, young guy, thin with lots of hair. Which by the way does not bother me. Baby this young guycan COOK!!! This place was awesome! We swung in here on a road trip through and man were we in for some good food! Starting off this 50's... style diner was located on the historic brick Street of town. Low traffic and beautiful place to visit. Walking in the door Iwas amazed at how clean everything was. Some of the wait staff was buzzing around working and clearing tables as soon as theycould. Bathrooms were super clean and smelled pleasant. All of our food was fresh and tasty! Burger was amazing and onion ringswere piping hot. Everyone at the table said their food was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. The decor onthe wall was very cool! Like a step back in a time before I was born. Still very cool to see how things were back then! Read more
We were in the area for an event so little Flip Out decided on hamburgers for lunch. To start we I ordered fried pickles and... they were tasty. I ordered a kids hamburger for little Flip Out and it comes out in a classic car box which he loved. Hereally enjoyed the hamburger and fries. I had a JJ hamburger with tater tots which were great. The atmosphere of this place isawesome and the staff were very friendly. This is worth the stop for a bite. Read more
