Went through the drive thru with a pretty sizeable order. Food was ready quick and employees were very friendly.

Where do I start...walked in...mirror behind employees filthy...not from just one day...employee wearing a deeply dirty shirt.... Pretty much ignored until an elderly lady...mopping...behind the counter took our order...and poured our two small milks. Popmachine was the worse I've ever seen. Hasn't seen a deep cleaning in ages. Watched a roach and cricket walk across the floor. Somuch more...but leaving it at that. Corporate take notice. They need leadership. Read more

Get a chicken sandwich through the drive through. The crispy chicken was soggy like it had been out for most of the day. Not the... first time this has happened. Won?t be going back since they are too lazy to cook a sandwich fresh. Read more

Went through for some single dip kid CUPS , received cones, nicely asked them to put in cup for the littles. Got 2 large fries... that were very old and not at all edible, nicely asked if we could pull up and wait for some fresh ones, the lady at the windowdid not seem pleased, we waited 5 minutes if that which was great but when we got them they were not cooked all the way through.The sweet tea tastes like water and the Dr pepper we received tasted bad . We came here on a lunch break while visiting the Jasmine Moran Children's Museum. My daughter, who *very rarely* tries new food,... loved her visit here. She keeps talking about wanting to go again! The burgers and chicken fingers were great, and everythingwas hot. The two negatives were that the service was slow at the counter and the drink machines were down, so they had to fillfrom behind the counter. I'm assuming those were not everyday issues, though. We would definitely visit again when in the area! Read more

Found this ice cream shop for the first time on my way to Dallas, tried the strawberry shortcake sundae and it was really good,... they also sell burgers, salads and groceries. Read more

Food and service is fantastic! I don't know if today was just a busy day but the dining room and ladies room are pretty dirty.... No clean tables. Tables either have food or grease on them. All the trash cans are overflowing. It is 3pm on a Sunday with noline at the register and 8 seated parties in the dining room. I believe they can spare someone to tend to the lobby. And yes, Imentioned the issues to an employee. He said he will get someone right on it. We received and finished our meal with no employeecoming to clean. Many employees have walked past the mess in the photos. One is even taking a break near the mess. smh. Read more
