Do not give out free pizza coupon if you are not going to honor it. Tried to redeem my coupon for free pizza that I received due... to the extra long wait I had the last time I ordered one online. The coupon, which states on front, any free large pizza, took awhole 0.01 cent off. Although the clerk was nice and called her supervisor to check...still did not honor coupon. I usually getgreat service at the Seminole Casey's store...smh Read more
Did an online order for 3 pizzas. Drove 45 min to pick up . Drove 45 min back home. 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. Tried calling... the store for 20 min. Busy signal is all I got. Very disappointed. Casey?s back home in Missouri is way better. Read more
Let me explain something that Casey's fuel stops apparently doesn't understand. When ypu do a shift change, it should be... seamless and almost unnoticeable to the customers, most of who are on a timetable themselves because they are on their way towork and waiting even just a few minutes could make you late. Stop at Casey's in the morning though?? You will have to wait 25minutes or longer while they changeover. They have 2 registers, but are apparently forbidden from using the second registerwhile the other is being counted. This is NOT how you provide customer service. Read more
