The place is horrible. I ordered the 8 piece chicken and 4 pieces was no bigger than a quarter!! I called to complain and they... said "what do you want me to do about it"? Don't waste your money!!! Read more
The food was good but they charged me double, I told the girl at the window it was paid for but she said the computer said it... wasn't. I am to call them in a couple of day and tell the what happened and they will give me a refund. I should have went topizza hut Read more
Ordered online as I live 20 minutes away. Picked up the order, but did not double check before heading home. Got home and... realized 4 items were missing. Drove back and tried calling twice. Both times the phone was picked up and laid down. Wentthrough the drive through and the guy was rude. Told us there was no way we were getting our food made. We asked for a refund.While waiting, he hung up the ringing phone twice, cussing at it. He couldn't figure out how to refund us so told us it would be5-10 minutes after beating on things and cursing. We then had to drive around and wait for them to help others- sending them ontheir way without food. Between the order being wrong, his rudeness and cursing, and now having cold food, we will never orderfrom the Seminole store again. Read more
I hate this location. when I have called they have answered with an attitude and put me on hold while in the middle of talking... and with no warning. They also never picked back up..... Every time I show up when the online tracker says it's done; it isnot... they always tell me it's about to come out of the oven, which is a lie because I am currently sitting in the drive stilltyping this review slowly.... just got my order. Do not trust the online tracker with this store. You always wait at leastanother 15 minutes after your latest estimated time of completion. Read more
