Terrible experience. I ordered several items the cashier was really helpful he did the best he could but I could tell he was... new. But I ordered a hot coffee and I told them twice they still gave me an egg's coffee which I had to throw out. Also themunchkins that gave me were stale I should have tried one when I was there because that was a major disappointment. Since I wasdriving from Alabama to the West Coast I was not going to be back to that location. Dunkin donuts has a reputation this store isnot that reputation. So basically I lost out I paid for a coffee I couldn't drink and I got 10 munchkins that were hard likerocks. Very disappointing also they took my receipt from my receipt from me because they had to check what I purchased I thoughtyou had things like this on a computer screen. I'll start with the positives first.....lots of delicious flavors to choose from for coffees and lattes, quick service, donut... selections in great... But...I've been about 4 times now when traveling through the area, and I have a lot of difficultyexplaining that that the main ingredient to a latte is ESPRESSO and the larger size you order the more ESPRESSO you put init....... they continue to just want only put 1 shot in a large and will argue the point with you to safe themselves $$$$ Whathappened to customer service Read more
This was my avocado toast. This is on the cheapest white bread you can find at Wal-Mart. I will never return to this location.... This is the second bad experience I?ve had at this one. The first time my matcha latte tasted like flavored milk. Clearly notenough matcha powder. They are doing everything they can to cheapen your order to maximize profits. Shame!!! Read more
My daughter, boyfriend and I were really craving some donuts and coffee. This store is the closest to us and it's 30 minutes... away but we decided to treat ourselves and make a trip. We used the mobile app. My boyfriends large macchiato was half full andunsweetened and my iced coffee was Unsweetened even though I asked for sugar. We ordered the black pepper bacon snacks and itwas just flimsy bacon with no black pepper at all. I had ordered a customized box of a dozen donuts. When I got there they toldme they had no caramel flavoring that I had wanted in my coffee and I said that was fine, just give me regular. They did not sayANYTHING about my donuts and I stupidly didn't double check them. We drive the 30 minute drive back home to find out that whatwe thought was Strawberry sprinkled donuts, powdered donuts and jelly filled donuts was actually 9 fashioned donuts???? 2 mapleglazed donuts and one regular donut. I called the store and was told "well we gave you what we had" when I told them that theyshould've told me that so I could've just gotten 12 regular/maple because literally none of the 7 people at my house like oldfashioned donuts I was told "sorry, I would've said something if I was here but I wasn't. Sorry!" Then she told me she could fixit if I came back, I explained I was 30 minutes away and the gas price and time (1 hour round trip) was not worth it. The clerk said if I order from the new app I will get a free drink which is also shown on one of the screens above his head. I... placed my first order from the app while I was in the store and they refused to give me my free drink. Then I walked out with myorder and drove away only to find out that the donuts were old and stale. I just had the worst jelly donut I?ve ever had in my life. It was completely old and stale with barely a teaspoon of filling.
