Online order was placed. Wait time was over 45 minutes. Several other customers waited for as long or longer. Lobby pick up and... dine in orders were completely ignored. Manager told us she was short staffed but did nothing to fulfill orders in the lobby.She was laughing and joking around and on her phone while making orders for drive thru. The drive thru runner would come outinto the lobby and ask for order names which made no difference. No one was making mobile orders. They kept saying they weren'tshowing up on their screens. Short staffed, I get it but don't make excuses, start making orders. Tell the drive thru to waitand try to get people out of your lobby. Customers aren't going anywhere. We aren't hanging out in the lobby for fun. Noleadership, no hustle. just lazy, flippant, and casual. Read more

Had to take my dogs and be out of the house for a couple of hours and while we were driving around I started getting hungry. Not... a lot of place to take 4 dogs so I choose drive through. Not a whole lot of options here so I chose Taco Bell. It took a good30 minutes to get through the drive through which in itself was ridiculous but, I try to be understanding because I know placesare struggling with staffing. I ordered my dinner and 4 beef burritos for my dogs. A little snack before we went home. I haveto say I was disappointed with the lack of beef in the burritos. My standards weren't that high in the first place consideringbut.... With all four burritos I could barely make one good burrito. This would be the reason I don't eat fat food. Read more
Ordered on the mobile app. Got home and they had omitted part of my order. Called them. They said to come back and they'd fix... it. Went back and they gave me a bag that was supposed to have the missing part of my order. Only it was missing the cheesesauce that was supposed to come with the nacho fries. They weren't very busy. But were having a hard time keeping up with thefew orders that they did have. So after two trips to the store I still ended up without my entire order. Read more
