Fries were old as if they had been prepackaged and sat out for awhile. I have also never been asked to pull up and wait for a... Big Mac meal. It?s weird because neither the burger or fries were fresh. This hints that maybe the managers are more worriedabout gaming the drive thru metrics than they are the actual quality of food. Must be some bonuses involved. Just to verify Ipulled over immediately and ate the food in the parking lot so it?s not like I drove for any amount of time. Also, they forgotthe bbq sauce for my daughters nuggets. It?s disappointing how franchises tend to forget what made the company in the firstplace. Quality food, reasonable price and fast service. Food is usually good, sometimes you get old fries and sometimes there fresh. Customer service depends usually on which people... you get, some are rude and have no customer service, no greeting, I had an employee not even say a word at the second window,just waited for payment.. Employee?s would benefit from more training and food could be checked more for expiration. Overall andokay place to eat! Read more

Waited from 9:46pm til 10:34pm for orders of chicken nuggets and it was an online order. I came when only two cars were ahead of... me and one behind me. But they had me wait as I watch many cars leave. I asked inside.Ended up leaving because I wasnt going towait when they closed. Read more

Food was fresh, and kids had a blast at the indoor play area. Also I was a little short on change and instead of needing to run... to the car for spare change the lady at the register covered it for us. Service was above and beyond expectation. Read more
