I ordered only a couple sides and when I received the order from a lady, Corrie I think, she was super rude as if car hopping... some potatoes to me was a hassle and waste of time. Then she was offended when I didn?t tip her. As she was walking off I heardher talking trash on the ?d**k head? she just served to another car hop before walking back into the building. It was a veryfrustrating experience to have had with my kid in the backseat. She was by far the rudest person I?ve ever had at a drive in,ever. Read more
I always go to this sonic and the staff are always so kind and wonderful. I went last Friday around 1:30pm to beat the happy... hour rush. I got Corrie as my carhop and she was super rude to me. She practically threw my drink in my face before I could evensay anything. Then told me the total which I had paid with card. I tried explaining that to her and she refused to believe me.So I pulled up my sonic app and showed her which her response was ?okay whatever? and rolled her eyes. I was going to give her atip but not with that attitude and behavior. I was running late to something or else I would have asked for a manager. Read more
I went through the drive through with my sisters and I order my buffalo wings, a frito burrito and 2 wacky packs and 4 drinks.... So we get up to the window and 15 minutes later they take our card and they charged us for everything but we did not receive allof our items and they said they didn't have our sweet tea so we had to wait and then we didn't even get our buffalo wings andthe guy that took our order had a really bug attitude and was very disrespectful. I generally won't eat at a Sonic because most of them aren't any good. But, the Sonic just outside of Seneca, MO is AWESOME!!!!... It's always fresh and made right. Every time I travel through there, I stop and this is why. Read more
I always get the double bacon cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce only and tater tots and a route 44 coca cola it's amazing their... Coke is the best by the looks of some of their employees they enjoy the "coke" too. They're a little bit grumpy in the morningtime but other than that they're fantastic I'll be back every single day to get my sister her medium Oreo shake and her Frenchtoast sticks yum yum! Read more
Drove from Miami Oklahoma and stopped in with my grandchildren, ordered 3 corn dogs, large fries, 2 large drinks and 2 mini... shakes. 33 minutes later we received our food. No mustard for dogs and the dogs were raw. Pulled thru to the window and askedfor a refund. We were told that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get a refund back on my card even though they receivedtheir money when I swiped my card. The little manager very young and nice at first was wearing shorts and a tshirt with sandals.. Not appropriate attire. She became upset when I asked for something showing that my money would be refunded. Said she was toobusy to do it now and would do it later. I demanded it be done for proof . 10 cars total at that sonic. Sorry now that Ididn?t just stay in my hometown wreck of a sonic. FYI pay with cash or better yet stay clear of Sonic?s altogether. Had to wait for ever to give order. Ordered 2 chicken basket dinners with gravey. Took for ever to get order. Came without... gravy. Asked for gravy, they said they didn't have gravy. Now why did they not tell me that when I ordered? I would not haveordered it! Read more
My wife and I decided to give them another go after having a bad experience months ago. Coney was horrible. Bread was hard,... entire coney was inedible, shriveled and burnt. Tatter tots were cold and soggy. Waste of time and money. Read more
