We waited 30 + minutes for our simple order. Watching people come and go. Then our pizza was not hot.
Slow and unreliable service, was given a pager to notify me when my 10-15 minutes wait would be up and almost 30 minutes later I... walked in to find my pizza had been setting, and the only explanation or so called excuse was I thought I sent the page. Noapologies or anything. Guess domino's will get more business because at least they do it right or they make it right !! Read more
My opinion is only my opinion. This past Saturday night we ordered pizza four different orders that was put in the one order to... try to make it easier on the restaurant. After getting up to the window. We ask if we could get four large pizzas only cheese,and two breadsticks. The lady at the window says you can only get two pizzas, my wife said are y'all out of pizza the lady saidno we're not on a pizza. She told us to hold on and another lady come to the window. The lady informed us that they had a newpolicy two pizzas per car. And if we wanted more than two we would have to do it online order wait 15 minutes and pick them up.I do not think these are managers I think these are people just not wanting to work but want to get paid to do the work we askif they was plenty of pizzas cheese pepperoni and so forth, the lady at the window dark-headed . Caucasian girl, done littleseizures in for my family because if it's so hard to take care of customers then this is the place you don't want to be. My sonhas chosen Little Caesars over any other pizza place. But to get the job done right I think everyone should be let go except themanagers and start over. To see the outcome of when a business does not listen. Just check out Pizza Hut in Clemson SouthCarolina and see how dead and no customers because customers to Pizza Hut was the last of their worries. Normally go and pick up lunch. lunch crew is great at making hot nice food in a timely manner. I stopped by and picked up dinner... this evening for the first time and I have to say I was not pleased. The crazy bread looks like it was from 3:00 this afternoonit was literally so moistened by its own condensation from sitting in a bag it had caved in on itself and ate all the butter onthe parmesan cheese on top just to stay hydrated. Things have shelf life folks if it's your manager shame on them. Read more
for a cheap pizza option this is a great place. Unlike most Little caesars, this one is managed quite well. I was pleased how... they worked as a team and customers seemed to matter to the employees. Hard to find this in fast food now a days. Read more
I called in my order, the male order taker who answered greeted me by stating that they were not taking any custom orders at... this time. I stated only wanted a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, he didn't even ask for my name after taking my order andsaid it would be ready when i arrived. When i arrived i wasn't super shocked that they were not even aware of my order, eventhough the employee who greeted me, the only male who appeared to be working, im sure was the same one who had taken my orderover the phone. This LC is super busy! I was able to beat the line using the online ordering system. You get a message when your order is... ready and you get it from a little warming locker. The staff did greet and thank me too. The food was hot and my order wascorrect. Don't forget your sauce! Read more
