Why do I keep going back to Moe's? I want to like it so badly but it has only been good 1 time. The rice is NEVER fully cooked.... The pico de gallo gets spicer each time I try it. I like pico because salsa is too spicy. Tonight, after only 3 bites, my wholemouth and lips were burning so badly I had to stop eating. Honestly, they should have a spice warning on that stuff! We spent$26 for 3 meals and only my son could eat it. I won't be going back to Moe's, ever again. Not worth the burn and disappointment. Read more
I placed an online catering order with Seneca, SC Moe?s. It was so easy to do. My husband picked it up and they delivered it... right to our car. Everything was perfect! We had the fajita bar. I?d highly recommend!! So good!! Read more

The food is delicious. Definitely recommend. Only one of the staff members working had a clue about anything and everyone else... looked to him for guidance in putting together the food. He did a great job. The inside of the restaurant is small andunappealing. Read more
The food here is good however at this location they often don't have food ready at pick up times or don't send all of your... order if you door dash. Today, one meal was missing entirely and only half of the other 2 meals were sent. Posting becausethis a repetitive issue. Hopefully management will get it corrected. Read more
Waited over 3 minutes before being acknowledged ...at this time there was 1 customer at the register and me with several... associates working in the vicinity. Not once did anyone say anything to me until a different worker came from the back whostarted my order. Once my order was finally started, the process went smoothly. On a side note, was nice to notice the tipprompt removed from the pin pad. I don't have a problem with them having a tip jar for cash but with the prompt at a fast foodrestaurant it feels more pressured to add a tip or create an awkward moment when I don't feel the desire (like today). As withall other times I've been to Moe's, the food was quite good and met the standards I expected. Read more
