I hate to say but The Cabana at the Lighthouse has TOTALLY gone down hill. One bad bartender (kevin) ruins it for everyone. So... many locals stopped going because MANAGEMENT (cant totally blame mr. rude kevin) wont get rid of this arrogant, zero personalitydude that has no couth on how to talk to people. This place has a beautiful view, great waitresses and ?? that?s about it!!!!! The food is absolutely disgusting!!!! Cold fish... sandwich, wings had blood in them and nachos well let?s just say Taco Bell blows them away!!! Read more
I was taken to the Cabana@ the Lighthouse for a special occasion. This place was amazing! The Cabana is waterfront dining,... outdoors. The pictures I submitted were from our table. Breathtaking views! The menu is limited at the Cabana compared to theindoor Lighthouse restaurant. The Cabana is a more relaxed atmosphere than the indoor dining. Casual dress, a few cocktails,great food and environment made this a great day out. There were a few sports fans ( who possibly had a few too manycocktails????) shouting for Clemson Tigers, too. With Covid restrictions in place, I felt the staff was very accommodating. Wehad masked up before entry. Upon being seated, we were able to remove our masks and dine as usual. Kevin, the bartender, is clearly in need of assistance. He doesn?t cope well with a crowd & has a very negative attitude. If... you?re looking to enjoy your time lakeside, stay on your boat & save yourself the trouble of a bad experience. Amazing potentialfor a great experience but clearly management is lacking.
