This place used to be a decent place with friendly staff. The other day, we went inside and asked one of the employees who is... usually really friendly, what filling was inside one of the chocolate topped donuts. He answered with a attitude. Didn?t thinkanything of it and thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Tonight, we pulled up at 8:45 to get coffee. One employee wasstanding by the drive thru window on her phone and another male employee was mopping the floor. When we pulled up they both gaveus some of the dirtiest looks I?ve ever seen and the male employee threw his mop down aggressively and walked off towards theback of the store, while the female employee continued to stare us down. Took 30 minutes and multiple mishaps to get two coffees, two (not even fresh!) donuts, and a sausage biscuit sandwich. Handed us... the biscuit sandwich and said have a great day. Told them over half of our order was missing and gave us the coffees and donuts.Then went home to find out that the sausage biscuit didn?t even have a full piece of sausage on it. Burnt coffee too. I placed a curbside pick-up order and it took the staff 4 trips and 30 minutes to complete my order. Upon returning home (after... this whole fiasco), I opened my order and was appalled. The food was poor quality and (as seen in the photo taken immediatelyupon opening the wrapper) half of the sausage was missing from the biscuit. I drove back to this Dunkin to make the staff awareof their mistake and they had the audacity to accuse me of driving home, cutting the sausage patty in half, consuming one halfof the sausage patty, and then driving back to blame it on them. I stop at this Dunkin almost every day that I work and every day the woman in the drive-through has an attitude, they refuse to... give me what I ask for because they say that the demand on blueberry donuts or munchkins is too high for me to be able torequest it? If the demand on blueberry munchkins is that high would it not make more sense to make more?
