Ask for a sandwich I have been getting for years . I asked that my roast beef be cooked on the grill. All other Jersey Mike's... have been doing it for many many years. She said she couldn't because of safety reasons. The kid behindthe counter cant cut meatso we had to wait on her and then another girl appears from the back with a scowl on her face because I asked about my sandwich.I changed my order to chicken philly and she gave me steak. What in the world. You have one job to make sandwiches and stillmess it up. Customer service needs to improve and maybe better attitudes. It's not that hard. Read more

Absolute worst location in the area. Had a confrontation with the ?area manager? or whatever her title was, who was very rude,... refused to pull her hair back, made inappropriate comments and refused to let another employee make my food because she had haireverywhere. Second visit the staff was so sloppy with building a sandwich I think my three year could have done better, and itwas impossible to eat. I won?t be visiting this location again and it?s well worth the drive to Thomas crossroads, which is thebest location. Read more

When we came in, there was no one in line. We were told to wait a second, looked like they were working on some online orders,... which is fine. Then the lady, who is the manager, asked for my order. Then we stood there for another 3-5 minutes, then she asksfor my boyfriends order. Then we wait again for another 3-5 minutes while nothing is happening. She slices the meat for oursandwiches and walks away and leaves one girl up there who is still working on the other sandwiches. Then that same manager cameback and was complaining out loud about another customer who just left. She could have at least cashed us out while the othergirl finished our sandwiches. Was an awkward and way longer visit than we were expecting lol. The girl who finished oursandwiches and cashed us out was very nice. The manager however, I was very surprised she?s even a manager. What is fantastic about this eatery is not only do they have gluten free bread, but also they are so careful to avoid... cross-contamination (changing gloves and using a separate knife to cut the bread). The sandwiches are fresh and good and theonline ordering is an excellent way to avoid waiting in a line. Read more

Every single time we do an online order it is wrong. Either the workers can?t read or just don?t care. I even wrote in capital... letters no lettuce or onions, even after unchecking the box for it not to be on there and they never make what I ask for. Theonly way to get what you want is to be standing there in person. I ask for certain things not to be on the sandwich for allergyreasons so wasting money every single time we do an online order because it?s wrong is very aggravating. We also attempted twiceto call with no answer. Read more

New business that I would rate 0 stars if I could. Came in and ordered a 26 (chicken bacon ranch) which is a grilled sandwich.... When I received the food, to begin the chicken looked like beef, BEEF, but was clearly dirty chicken. I bit into the sandwichand it tasted like a dirty grille. The grille was absolutely disgusting when I looked in the back. I?ve ate at different JerseyMikes establishments and never had a sandwich taste like the grille. I took my food back and the cook refused to remake my food.She was irritable with me that I told her the food tasted like a dirty grille. Her excuse to me was that she has to have thegrille at a very high temperature to cook the food quickly. I understand that, but that doesn?t cause food to taste like dirtygrille. I received my money back luckily and left. I will never return to this establishment. The cashier was very politehowever the cook, very irritable about being at work and having to do her job. The 2 ladies that were working today, (5/25/22) during lunchtime, were getting slammed with customers. Several online orders... were coming in as well as multiple order in store customers. They handled it all very well and with excellent customer service.Smiling faces and courteous greetings to everyone that came in. They needed more help but they made the best with what they had.Kudos to them!! Read more

Ordered online. Big mistake. Got there at the time it was supposed to be ready and then waited another 40 minutes for them to... even start making it. Got a lettuce sandwich with a piece of bacon and a couple pickles. They had 4 people working. They werenot busy. Read more
