There actually not bad during the day unfortunately we went at night and the wait was outrageous. Possibly they was short... staffed but it's like they gave up we was stuck in the drive thru for over 20 min eventually I got enough space to exit out thedrive thru with a empty stomach want be going back anytime soon.. Very poor service, No customer service! Never got wasted on at the register! The white female who acted like the manager... observed myself and another man waiting on service! After over 15 minutes of waiting , she looked and said we must keep thedrive through running! I said really , why is the restaurant open if we can not get service? She said drive through first, Iasked if she was going to wait on us soon? She smiled and walked back over to the drive through! Then a young man walked ourway! She stopped him and told him to take care of the female that just walked inside with the wrong order from drive tho! Bythis time the other mail left! I said he?s leaving! She responded good! I asked how much longer I had to said and she smiled! SoI said you can cancel my order, o wait no one took my order after 20 minutes! The employees act like they don't want you bothering them, like it's their house and you aren't invited. They take their sweet... time getting around to you and getting your food. I'm surprised that this McDonald's hasn't shutdown. They will look dead at youand cut them eyes ???? and turn back around like they could care less if you got food/fed ???? ???? ???? So this McDonald?s is Notorious for handing you stale bread and fries from yesteryear! All this with a ?can you pull forward... they are making your fries and burger ? only to grab one and it was cold and rubbery ?? EVERY TIME ..I?ll say this they keep thebad food coming since they have opened there doors at this place !! SMH..they know they can as we have nothing else aroundreally ? So I?m done with this sad excuse of human consumption simply because it not fit for my lap dog even she smells it andturned up her nose .. so there ya go .. This McDonald's used to be the worst I've ever gone to. But..... a new manager has taken over and she is really starting to fix... that. She's gotten rid of some very rude employees the place is so clean inside and the outside is getting better and better.All of the mistakes they used to make on every order we ever made are not happening anymore. The food is always warm now and thestaff is much more friendly. I'll have to get the new managers name and update my post because she's really changing this storefor the better. One of the better McDonald?s I?ve been to which isn?t really saying much. It was late. Stopped here with my granddaughter to get... her something to eat after we had been at the salon late. Drive thur lights were not working so it looked as if they were closed.. turns out they weren?t. I actually don?t prefer McDonald?s at all but it was the only restaurant between the salon and theride home. Read more
