I wasn't going to give it a one start but I can't but no stars. I am about done ordering or this place. Every time I order... anything it never has what I ordered on it. It is very irritating and frustrating. I ordered a medium HALF PRICE veggie pizza on 8-18. No spinach and extra cheese (which I expected to pay extra for). Brought it... home and found it loaded with spinach and almost no cheese at all. Threw it away. Also was charges $21.53 for it. When is a fullprice medium pizza $43???? Called them immediately and was told they would refund my credit card. When I got cc statement, norefund. I stopped in to explain things, and the nice young clerk had to call the manager. After he talked to her for about 10minutes, she told me he said they don't give refunds. Now I have to spend even more time with my credit card company to havethem reverse the charges. Original woman who waited on me obviously has dementia. We've ordered many times from this store in the last couple of years. They provide consistent good quality food for a good... price if you sign of for an account. I get an email for $5.99 3 topping and go through that to pay $8.99 for a mediumspecialty. Lots of other things on that $5.99 menu including their brownies that I can't buy anymore because I'm diabetic. Hint:they're better fridge cold than hot! Just don't eat the whole box because you might become diabetic too! Read more
Ordered a pizza with no sauce ..my pizza came with sauce...we called because this was the second time its happened.they said... they would send a replacement out.....then never sent one or contacted us......pretty ghetto!!! Read more

My second order of parm wings after the first one came bone in instead of boneless. We called and kindly informed them and said... we didn?t need a replacement?but they insisted after EXTREME attitude. We got these and called to let them know and theyinformed us it was on purpose. Never gets orders correct. Never add sauce to there sandwiches and when pointed out they did not remake. They disregard the... choice of pie cut and square cut on thin crusts and no matter what you do they give you square cuts when you request pie cut.Not sure about anyone else but when I order pizza I don't want it bite size.
