The women today taking orders on oct 7th doesn't listen to customers, we gave clear instructions on how we want our coffee and... she gave us the wrong order and told us "that's how it's supposed to be" what if she adds things she wants to someone's orderand they are allergic!? But that's how it's supposed to be right?????? AND Our hot coffee was cold barely even lukewarm. I donot have 22 dollars to spend on coffee that tastes horrible and is made wrong! I recommend going down the road to the SafewayStarbucks even though it is inconvenient you will get what you are asking for and they actually listen to your order. Read more

If you're in a hurry, order online, pick up in store!! Mobile ordering puts you "in line" as soon as you press pay. So it will... be waiting for you when you get there. just walk in, right up to the counter where orders come out, grab n go. They got a niftylittle tray for them, even. *Please note* ***That is NOT to mean that there slow if you don't! There baristas are awesome!! Justnever know when it's gonna be slammed.*** Read more

The absolutely most amazingly awesome coffee shop I've been too! Over the decades I've been to coffee shops all over the world.... It is good to check out the local shops but for the consistency of experience you just can't beat Starbucks and at thisparticular store nearly every one of their baristas make drinks right every time. What I love most here is how much they connectwith customers - seems so much more the exception anymore. The one thing I don't like at this Starbucks are some of thecustomers that are so over the top asinine to the workers. The things I've witnessed some do used to be shunned by all as acompletely unacceptable way to treat a fellow human being. For the workers at this Starbucks, I just want you to know it isn'tyou - those of us in the community see these people out and about at other places and driving and they are clearly the mostmiserable folks and their hateful and vile attitude doesn't go unrecognized by the rest of us that both appreciate you and feelanyone that acts like those rude customers should not be accepted at any business. The shameful way they conduct themselvestakes away from all of our days. Read more

Very busy place, yet I?m trying the ?Sean?s Neapolitan Frappuccino? It?s pretty good The staff here are friendly, so if anybody... stops at Sequim, WA, visit this Starbucks, right across from Home Depot and next door to AT&T This Starbucks also has a drivethru (like most of the Starbucks I?ve been to) I would recommend this for those who are curious to try Sean?s NeapolitanFrappuccino. Could be better. They often load your iced drink with ice right up to the top. Today I tried the new iced chocolate almond... espresso in a tall. Paid nearly $5. Got 5 sips of coffee out of the deal, because the whole thing was ice. I brought my icecup in to the store to call attention to it (friendly, not accusatory, hoping they'd offer to top me off or 'make it right' liketheir sign used to say), but they got defensive. "It's supposed to be like that. It's not a latte." It's supposed to be abouta dollar per sip? That seems wrong. I'll avoid getting iced drinks here. (The picture was taken a good 10 minutes after, sothe ice had already gone down, but it was totally packed from reception. Live and learn.) Read more
