My family of 3 came here to eat on a Sunday at 5pm. There were about 8 other customers that arrived at the same time so we all... lined up, some people even standing outside. There were two employees working. Eleven in-person customers stood there for 20minutes while the staff of 2 made online orders. One online order after another came in, and they just kept making the onlinesandwiches. Finally the woman in front of me asked when they planned to serve the in-person customers. The employee justshrugged and said he was sorry, but policy is that they have to fill the online orders first. Everyone waiting in line groaned,and a couple of people said "so you're going to just make us stand here while you keep filling online orders?" The employee saidyes, that's what they are supposed to do. Several of us just left. Also, the other employee wasn't changing his gloves...wentout and touched the beverage cooler, then made other sandwiches wearing his dirty gloves. In-person customers should takepriority over online orders...at least alternate between the two. Unbelievably bad customer service - never going back to thisSubway in Sergeant Bluff again. Read more

The staff during the day is phenomenal the teenagers at night least to be desired they never make our food right when we order... it online. I ordered a blt on flatbread toasted got Italian bread not toasted and no cheese like i asked. Read more
For the 3rd sunday in a row they have no Italians herbs and cheese bread and no choc cookies. My awards card never work and no... one can tell me how to fix it. We stop there every Sunday Read more
I was going to just Subway and Burger King so I could be protected as much as possible duting this pandemic as I crossed the US,... until an incident where a mgr at the Pilot Burger King spit into my food on purpose. I happened by this Subway by chance andfound they are always masked (nose and mouth) and gloved and super clean, unlike other Subways in the area. So I have literallyeaten there every night for the past 3 nights. No other restaurant in the area adheres to precautions like they do. I walk intoother restaurants and they're unmasked, half masked, ungloved. but these guys are doing it right! So at dinner, I pass like 5other Subways to get to this one. We came in Friday June 1, 2018 at approximately 11am. The lady who took care of making our 2 foot long sandwiches (I believe... it said Assist Mgr or Manager on her name badge) was extremely polite and friendly, she listened to what we said and focused onus, even though there was a line growing by the minute behind us and she was the only person working or up at the counter makingsandwiches. She was very informative about the breads, etc. and answered all the silly questions that I inadvertently keptasking her. One of the best sandwiches I ever had! Everything tasted wonderfully fresh and flavorful. Thank you! My onlycomplaint has nothing to do with ther meal or employees... Subway needs to come into the 21st Century and offer guests freeWiFi, please!! ???? Read more
Michael was awesome. He took the time to make me an amazing sandwich. He sadly cut his finger but immediately went to clean it.... Some people got mad that he had to step away for a minute but he handled it very professionally. As long as he is he i will comeback. Read more
Been to the Sgt.Bluff store 5 times in 2 months to get a meatball sub. Every time being told they didn't have any. It has been... at different times every time. Not like I was coming in at closing time. Last time I was there it was 7:30 and they didn't closetill 9. The older guy working said once they were out they don't make anymore at night. I keep hoping maybe they will figure outcustomer service since I live in Sgt. Buff. So disappointed! Read more
