This was my first time back at Bliss is years and it is better than I remember it being. The food was delicious - Brussels... sprouts, penne ala vodka, and creme brûlée. Both the bar staff and servers were so attentive and knowledgeable. Our server,Jennifer, was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was extremely friendly, personable, professional, and attentive. Wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Walked in with my daughter at 8:15PM last night - Thursday. We were traveling all day... and really needed something to eat even though it was so late. Place has nice atmosphere; it was half empty. We ordered twocheeseburgers 'medium'. After what seemed like forever - over 25 minutes, out come two disgustingly raw inedible burgers. Wereturned them and next round of burgers come out and mine was rare/raw AGAIN. We split the one burger that was safe to eat b/cwe were starving and it was so late we couldn't go anywhere else. Now it was 9:30PM. How do you screw up a burger...TWICE? Owner didn't charge us for the rawburger, but if he/she were smart, they wouldn't have charged us for anything since they messedup TWO TIMES. Bill was $20 for a bad burger and a coke. That, plus the overplayed 'Best of Van Morrison' CD......trust me..stay away! Read more
Best food Ive had in a while. Good staff. There was a weird little plastic sliver in my girlfriend’s paella, when brought to... the attention of the waiter, we were comped dessert. It’s a weird thing, but not the end of the world. Also, the menu onlineis different than what’s in the restaurant. Lastly, there should be a little divider between the noisy bar area and theintimate dining room. Maybe management needs to put another 5% of effort in. Despite these small issues, I’d visit again ina heartbeat because the food was just that good. Cooked perfectly. Not over or underseasoned. Delicious food, a very friendly staff. Jessica was a great knowledgeable waitress. Had the stuffed flounder. Was fantastic,... vegetables were perfectly cooked as well, the risotto creamy and flavorful. Only bad thing is my friend got the pork chop and itblew away my dish and I was jealous I didn't get it. Visit number 2: got the pork chop this time, and it was amazing. My wifehad the ribeye, else was equally pleased. The watermelon salad, was absolutely heavenly. Read more

Remember "There's no place like home?" Well, "There's no one like Ron!" He's the proprietor, a dog-lover, and a people person to... the nth degree. There's nothing he won't do to make sure your meal, cocktails, etc., is perfect. His attention to detail isunsurpassed. He reads his customers and their needs to the way a good quarterback reads a defense. The bar is lively and lovelyand his clientele reflect that. Always interesting people to talk to. The good is wonderful - and I love that the burgers areserved with French fries in a little, deep-fryer basket. He caters, too. Outside is pet friendly, of course.
