I don't usually write online reviews, but the service I got today was so poor that I felt I had to. We love the food at Cafe... Rio, but it's disappointing that even though we order online to avoid waiting, we still have to wait longer than people whoorder at the counter. I ordered my food about 30 minutes before I got to the restaurant today, but I still had to wait over 20minutes for it. The truth is that they didn't have enough staff for the number of customers. I think they should have more staffwhen it's busy to keep customers satisfied. Even worse, they didn't give us a receipt. Read more

Really liked the spicy chicken. It's not hot at all, but very flavorful. The highlight was definitely the tortilla. It tasted... very fresh. Crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. There is a Chipotle in the same complex and I thought about goingthere, but I'm glad I gave this place a try. Read more

I been here before but to be honest the food seems not up to par, steak is dry, chicken is dry, when they change the rice. The... old rice was put on top of the new rise. The guacamole was discolored. The chips where stale and the queso isn't thesame. Overall the place does not seem to be kept clean. And I'm not saying that the customer is right but I was refused on newchips because I tasted it and my chips where stale. Oh and the staff ignores you when you want to talk to the manager . Love this place! The sweet pork is amazing, the creamy tomatillo dance is great, if you have never been, you should try it!

The sweet pork Barbacoa burrito enchilada style is their signature dish. It is really good and a lot of food. It comes with a... side of lettuce and pico de gallo. I really like their horchata, too. The service there is good and they give half price tomilitary on Mondays. Read more

I have had wonderful ordering at experiences at Cafe Rio over the past few years, but I will never be going back after finding a... roach in my salad this evening. I contacted customer support and was refunded (thank you!), but I felt it necessary to postthis photo so others know that the restaurant is not clean and bugs end up in your food. The food here tasted very good! It was a bit pricey in my opinion, especially with the add-ons and I found the ordering process... to be a bit confusing, but the food was nice. I ordered the tacos and I found them to be too soggy on the outside of the shell,BUT that did not take away from the fact that they tasted great. The horchata tasted great as well! Read more
