Love hibachi. This place has good food and fast.
Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order online for pickup. Once i arrived at location doors were locked, there... were employees inside walking around. Tried calling phone number, no answer, multiple people waiting outside that had alsoplaced online orders. Finally an employee came, quickly said they were closed and proceeded to get inside his vehicle. I hadreceived confirmation of order and card had already been charged, i tried calling again and looking for customer service number.All Customer service numbers listed online are not working. Finally another employee came out gave no explanation just said wecan try to refund you or you can pick up order in one hour. This was a company order so i did not have physical card with me forrefund. Waste of my time, and coworkers time who were waiting on me to arrive with order. Read more
Excellent place for traditional Japanese cuisine. We had the Bento boxes, and I was unable to take mine to go (we're traveling &... had no availability to keep food cool). Good size portions and a variety of different types of food. Diffinatly a place toreturn to. Read more
Ordered a few times here without issue. Today was different. The guy who handed me my food had visibly dirty hands. I hope he's... not touching the food. It was bad enough he touched the outside of my box. There was a staple in my food. I found out afterbiting into it and pulled it out of my mouth. The food was decent for the price. We arrived in the middle of the day and we were the only people in the restaurant, however it... seems like every table in the place hadn't been cleaned in a while. We actually checked every table to try to find one thatwasn't sticky but they were all sticky with the chairs covered in crumbs. There was a group of employees sitting at one of thetables on their phones so the place didn't seem very busy.
