Ice cream was good and came out fast but staff is super disorganized. Most, if not all, we're on their phones. Several of us... stood at a window with an open sign being ignored for several minutes. Went to a second window and we're again ignored beforefinally being helped at a third. Definitely needs better management. Read more

Usually when I come to this location, the service and delicious treat of ice cream is on par. However when i walked up to the... counter i saw two young ladies working, and boy did they give me attitude. The first girl, Lauren Lomango, did a terrible jobtaking note of my order. I simply asked for a cake cone with Chocolate, and she took 5+ minutes to scoop it for me. And what shegave me was wrong. I asked for my order to be free, and in return she scoffed and stole my wallet. The second worker NatKurchywarchyiceheuck, was better but still bad. She ended up scooping me the right cone, but at the bottom was mulch from theirbenches. I was fuming with anger and ended up going to giant eagle for ice cream. I write this review in high hopes of someemployee changes and possible new management of the location, as I truly love and want this company to succeed. Read more
