Food is always good, last time I was there used a debit card and noticed the receipt was off by 23 cents. I'm assuming there was... an added fee. When I go back I'll will see if I can find out why. Read more
My order was not picked up from door dash. My food sat there for nearly 40 minutes. I tried to get a refund from them, but they... refused. Had to get Doordash involved, my order was suppose to be REMADE! When my food finally arrived, My sandwiches were heatlamp warm, they were awful. I will never order from this location again. Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so... sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience.Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty. Read more
Worst mr.hero I ever been to food sucked order missed up apparently sauce dont come with nuggets or fries. I worked at a Mr. Hero about 20 years ago when I was in high school, so there may be some nostalgia attached to this review... ... But I still think this place is great. Everything on the menu tastes great, and this location handles special orders well. It's not gourmet food--don't expect fine dining level steak sandwiches and burgers, but expect everything you get to be betterthan most other fast food restaurants. Read more
Stopped there about 12:45 pm today (April 6, 2018). The ladies working there were extremely friendly and prepared my food FAST!... I ordered 4 Hot Buttered Cheesesteak sandwiches and they were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! An added plus was that theinside was very clean. I will DEFINITELY go back to this particular Mr. Hero!!! Read more
One of the best Mr. Hero's I've been to. Always fresh and consistent, friendly staff and it's pretty quick service. Dining space... is small but always clean. Other locations I have been to sometimes have an old grease taste to the burgers and fries and thisplace has never had that. Waffle fries always have had a fresh oil taste and same for the burgers.
