I have literally never come in here once with my order out, they ignore mobile orders for 30 minutes (I ordered ahead a cookie... and a drink since I was going to be passing by after shopping) then try gas lighting you that you never placed an order.Complain for a couple minutes and then magically they find the receipt with your name on it and do the order. Rinse and repeatfor 6 months, honestly miserable doing anything mobile here. Laziest people in the world who just chat while the printer pilesup receipts in the background. cannot in good conscience recommend anyone here. a former employee and friend of mine was horribly mistreated by the current GM,... including being forced to finish a shift after a traumatic emergency occurred. there are other restaurants nearby that treattheir employees properly- please, do not give them your business. My mom canceled her unlimited sips subscription and left the country and Panera has been withdrawing the payments ever since.... Seems like there was a system error and her cancelation didnt go through. Customer support refused to issue a refund and onlygave a giftcard for the most recent transaction. What a disappointment when it is obvious that she wasnt using it and isnt evenhere. Read more
The seven hills Panera bread is my favorite location, of those in my area. It is clean, excellent service, friendly staff, and... they don't have kiosks for placing your order (which are NOT user-friendly). The Independence Ohio Panera bread can benefitfrom adapting the best practices of this location. Read more
I feel so sorry for the workers at this place. While enjoying my napa sandwich, that was very delicious in fact, I couldn?t help... but be distracted by a woman on the phone complaining about her mac and cheese. I was bewildered at her foul language used withthe innocent workers and heinous insults thrown at the staff over a supposed 11$ mac and cheese. I pray for these men and womenafter enduring the ignorant and abusive language used against this staff. Totally and immature! Read more
I just spent 65.00 on dinner for my family, my husband doesn?t check the bag assuming all of our order is included (bag was... sealed). I am distributing the contents to my family and one thing is missing, my daughters lrg. Mac N Cheese (Her dinner). So Icall the cafe? and let the person that answered the phone know they forgot an item and was told to come back up and get it. Myhusband leaves his hot soup to go retrieve the missing item. He walks into the cafe and is told by the manager Jamie or Jennie ?you are a liar I am not giving you a Mac N Cheese, I know I put it in the bag?!!! This is in public in front of patrons and themost humiliating experience I could imagine. I then called the cafe and got the same response from the manager. I was told thatbecause others lie, I must be a liar too and she is not giving me the almost $11 meal they failed to put in the bag! I paid fora meal we didn?t receive and there isn?t a thing I can do about it. I have never been so insulted in my life! My family and Idon?t eat out much so I?m not sure if this is a common problem but we will never trust another Panera with our hard earnedmoney. They actually stole 11.00 from my family! I am just at a loss for words on the way that manager treated my husband andmyself after we spent 65.53 on our meal. I really hope she needed that 10.59 to maybe feed herself or her child. Read more
