This place used to have the very best staff, not anymore. You have to wait in line to get a plastic cup, and you must pay for... just the use of a cup before getting your drink. Once you have the drink and selected your other items, you have to wait in lineto pay for your other items. Obviously, someone is more concerned about plastic cups than customer convenience. I normally love this location and the chicken. Here of late I seem to keep running into the older bitter female associate. It... seems like every time I come in she is having a bad day and tonight was no different. She always makes me feel like I ambothering here to get my order. I love the chicken but hate her attitude. They are building a new royal farms that just a littlebit further from me but if I experience her terrible attitude and customer service one more time it seems ill be making theextra drive to get my chicken because this location will no longer be my go to place. The only reason they are getting a star is because there is no lower choice! The lady making the meals is the utmost worst. ... After visibly arguing with the customer before us, she handed us half our order, 2 small boxes of fry?s. My husband said thereshould be two chicken wraps and shows her the receipt. She rudely pointed to the other end of the counter and snapped that wehad to pick up wraps at the other end of the counter. She began arguing and slamming stuff around to make our wraps and thentossed them at me across the counter. Upon eating my wrap I found it to be full of bones! Will try to load picture.
