This place is TERRIBLE! I was trying to redeem my pretzel here the other day at the auntie anne's but they wouldn't honor my... coupon. They keep saying we're subway but ummm there's auntie Anne's next to it as well so they're supposed to honor andacknowledge it. Nope they didn't. The staff/employees here are rude as this isn't the first time i went here. Not one of the better locations. I asked for my sandwich to be warmed in the microwave and not toasted. Instead I received a ice... cold steak and cheese. I ordered two lemonade iced cookies which I was previously told was great however these cookies were hardand crispy. This is the first time I ever got a cookie from Subway that wasn't soft, fresh and chewy. The staff seem like hewanted to hurry up and serve me even though they were not busy at that moment. I usually don't complain about the subway because I'm use to their methods. Today i went and the guy was extra conservative with... the meat. He literally gave me 2 scoops of tuna on my foot long. And then when I said well how much for double and he does thesame. Gives me tiny scoops. So I said you're really skimping me out of the meat, he laughs. Got my order wrong 3 times and then charged me for the wrong sandwich. The server and cashier could not understand English well.... Had to speak slowly and louder than comfortable. Food was okay, but experience was absolutely frustrating. Read more
