We had an excellent dinner. Our server was sweet, polite and awesome. We started with the tumbleweed appetizer- delicios! We... both got a rack of ribs. The ribs were fall off the bone fantastic! Our only complaint is about our dessert we got to go. Weordered 2 slices of Smith Island cake. 1 cookies and cream, and 1 yellow with chocolate frosting. We got home a decided to eatour tasty desserts. The cookies and cream cake was fresh and delicious. The yellow cake though? Old, hard and stale. Therewas no moistness at all. It was fantastic! The waitress was wonderful! Brought us everything we needed. We were celebrating a birthday and our beautiful... waitress brought a dessert over and said happy birthday! Decided to pop on here on a whim. The crab cake was good. Decent choices of sides. The ribs and chicken were also very tasty.... We ordered the Chesapeake honey wing as an appetizer. The food was good, $$ and atmosphere was quiet ( but we went early). Idid not care for the look of the restaurant, reminded me of a cafeteria..dated. The green beans were slightly mushy and I had noidea what else wasn't there and I also didn't like that the baked beans included every bean under the sun and they didn't tellyou that.
