Extremely disappointed in Severna Park Einstein Bagels. We decided to choose this location so we could be inside and have a cup... of coffee. The entire inside restaurant with 20 tables had signs that you are not allowed to sit. So disappointing. Betterchoice to go to Uber bagels up the street. They said it was a new business model. Einstein Brothers bagels use to be my favorite morning place to eat. When I lived in/near Bel Air I would go there anywhere from... 2-4x a week & turned several ppl into liking them too. Unfortunately this 1 in Severna park is trash... The last few mealsweren't anything like how I remember them, the last two being completely inedible. Last time went there for some bagels and coffee. I was surprised that from the dining room to the restroom, everywhere was so... dirty. I have attached pictures for your reference. This should be food safety matter. I am not complaining about the food, butguys, look at these pictures; how is this acceptable? Spiders made houses in their windows. The customer service was subpar to say the least. No welcome in or friendly smiles could be found. I asked to take on thing off... my burrito and they said it came pre-made however I then watched them make it from scratch and put the smear I asked to takeoff. Make it make sense. To say the least we will not be returning, which is sad because we were excited to try a new bagelplace near our campus. Read more

I love this bagel shop I?ve been going since I was a young child. Their bagels and cream cheese ratio is always amazing, they... toast the bagels perfectly and have so many different options. They also have great vegetarian options, the only thing I wouldsay is compared to Panera they are a bit more expensive. Read more

I went here to take out some breakfast for my family. Ordered 4 bagels (not toasted) and one sausage and egg bagel. I waited... on the side for 15 minutes as other people came and went, and finally an employee asked me if I was waiting for something. Itold them, and 5 minutes later they handed me a bag with the bagels but no hot sandwich. When I reminded them, they wanted tosee the receipt. After proving my purchase, I waited another 5 minutes for the hot sandwich. By this time my wife's coffee wascold and needed to be replaced. Very disappointing, but this is why its usually 6 months between visits for me... enough timeto forget the disappointment from the last time I went. 25 minute wait for 4 untoasted bagels and 1 hot sandwich. Went to Einstein Bros. Bagel for the first time. Nice atmosphere, clean and workers looked Alert and customer friendly. The... Pricing is average and expected not over priced but not cheap either. I bought 4 Bagels ???? for $10.13 bagels aren't bad a nicesize but could be fresher. Maybe if they were warm would make a difference. I would go back to try some hot meals. Read more
