Bad experience every time i go to this location, rather drive the extra 15min to go to the glen burnie location. This location... is so unorganized and they straight up are not good at making a basic sandwich. They are very nice but looks like they could usesome training or leadership. Read more
the food is amazing but the service could have been ALOT better. i placed an order online from 2 phones. they were both supposed... to be ready at the same time. i got there when it was supposed to be ready and i still ended up waiting 20 more minutes. imreally disappointed because i love getting their food but i dont like waiting for 45 minutes for my food. Good subs but if they?re busy expect your online order to take an hour plus to be made. Very slow.
Love the food but current staff are really loud and obnoxious so not pleasant experience
