Ordered breakfast in store at about 7am. The service was fast, but the breakfast sandwich was mediocre and the biscuit was hard.... The hashbrown tasted like old fry oil. I ordered a frozen soda and for whatever reason it was filled to the very top and thedrink started to expand and steadily overflowed out of the cup immediately after it was given to me. I told the cashier andasked if I could just have a cup for regular soda. After asking I received a look of frustration and was told "that is what thedrink is supposed to be." After trying again to explain what was happening I was given the same response and was handed an emptycup for soda. I had not eaten McDonald's in a few years and after this experience I don't plan on trying them again anytime soondue to the poor quality food, price, and customer service. Read more

Fast service but NEVER has the ice cream machine working or its being cleaned. Also forgets specific instructions like removing... things or adding sauces. Read more

There are 3 things I go to McDonald's for. Sweet tea, milkshakes and French fries. They are not allowed to mess up the other... two since there is always something wrong with the shake machines. The tea was so light I could see through it. When I asked fora new one I got a tasteless watered down version of sweet tea. The fountain drinks were just as bad. I know times are hard butdon't water down the drinks. That's just nasty ???? Read more

For the manager there when you give the employee the code it generates the item not you pick what you want for a $1 ( look at my... picture MS manager below which the McDonald's across the street did correctly thank you )People that don't know how to use 4digit app code 2079 when you open your app and select $1 large fries and select to use at restaurant the code is for the app.Why I was not aloud to purchase them has never happen or never asked what the code is for every other place has the fries comeup on screen at the correct $1 sorry it was a mess trying to get fries here for my son yes fries not a large coke . sense I wasdenied the purchase which I paid for a coke which I never received due to hurry up sur and open my app I will never return tothis establishment ever sorry it's a father son thing just for fries they will not ruin my day over taking my money and gettingnothing Read more

Ordered three qtr pounder meals with large drinks in drive thru. I repeated my order three times. Went to the window and get 1... qtr pounder meal with fries and large drink, one qtr pounder the way I asked, and another large coke. Told the guy at thewindow, he was very nice and understanding my distress, that I was missing some things.He looked to the ticket and gave it to meto see what had happened. I had three qtr pounder meals with large fries and three large drinks. He gave me my third drink andput the other qtr meal in the system but I was still short one large fry. He gave me my thridy qtr pounder and an extra drinkbut no third fry. Then the woman who was behind the voice box came up and asked what I got, again. For the 7th time I repeatedmy order of 3 qtr pounder meals with large fry and large drink. One of those had no mustard or onion and the other two were witheverything. So she asked me then what I was still missing and told her my 3rd large fry! So after 20 minutes in line I finallyend up leaving with 4 drinks of 3 large and 1 small, two meals with large fries, one qtr pounder, and a medium fry! I had saidthree large fries! I was not charged for the third fry thankfully but I should not have had to deal with this kind of lack ofcommunication amd disorganization. This was close to close time and the only one who was really trying to help me was theabsolutely polite and awesome African-American guy at the window. Thank you very much sir. I felt bad for him and the peoplewaiting in line behind me for me to finish because one Hispanic worker could not understand my order. This is not the firsttime that I have had problems with this location. If it weren't for the fact that the other location closes before 10 pm I wouldnot be going to store #516 at all at that time or ever again. Read more

Almost ate my entire sandwich only to find hair in my food. Talk about being disgusted?.. I called to let a manager know because... that?s just not ok and it?s disgusting and the manager (a Hispanic lady) just said ? Oh ok ,I?m sorry I?ll check? . Check whatma?am? Man at the drive through barely spoke English and kept adding the wrong stuff to the order and he was very rude at the window.... Then when I got my sandwich it came out with a pickle on the bottom which made the sandwich soggy and they gave me two patties?Kinda funny not gonna lie Read more
