I definitely recommend going through the drive through, they seem to prioritize that over folks inside, at least in the morning
Sweet tea is always gross, doesn't taste anything like other McDonald's sweet tea.
We wanted to order some food. Then a guy came out and said ?we are closed retards?. Very rude staff. I do not recommend.
had to go there 2 days in a row for a "fast" dinner due to work. had to wait for food b/c it wasn't ready the 1st night. but... then the 2nd night ordered the exact same thing & had to wait again. but i was the 1st of 5 cars that had to wait. well, afterall the cars after me got their food & left. ends up they still brought out the wrong order. and must have given my food tosomeone else. to top it off, as i was waiting the ice from the roof of the building slid and slammed onto the roof of my truck,almost striking their employee as he brought me the wrong order. i was waiting for almost 25 minutes. went across the street tothe other location, friendlier service, and had to wait a little, but they at least apologized for the wait. this place is pretty bad. i understand they were busy when i went but, the floor was a mess, they didn?t have any lids or... napkins or sauces out. you had to ask for them. and then they were out of basically everything. after waiting for 15 minutes igot my quarter pounder which was sloppily put together and didn?t even have any pickles. I have come to this McDonald's location several times a year for probably the past 10 years or more. This has got to be one of... the best locations in the entire company for customer service, speed of service and accuracy of order. When I go to thedrive-through the people actually smile and say thank you and asked me how my day is and it's almost shocking how friendly theyare. Read more
Service needs to be improved, staff was really slow. My mobile order still had to wait about another ten minutes. Having said... that, they have no communication skills they need some more training, thank you, I will not be coming to this one again Read more
