The barista working the drive-thru was super kind and patient as I took a second to remember my order! Fast service, nice employees,accurate drinks. Hitting the drive thru? The parking lot is a bit of a mess. If you enter the Rt 2... entrance during peak hours, do yourself a favor and circle and re-enter so you aren't relying on the kindness of strangers tolet you in line for the drive thru. Read more
This is for this location and for starbucks corporation in general. STOP running out of menu items. Every time I go to Starbucks... they're out of something. It's really frustrating and makes me just go somewhere else like The Big Bean just up the street. Andthe price of a latte is way too much to have you barista just slop it together real fast with no care. There's almost nevercreamy foam, just espresso with warm milk. Unfortunately this is my local Starbucks. I pretty much order the same drink every time I go there and without fail it's always... different. My order is a grande shaken espresso with simple syrup and whole milk. Seems easy, right? Apparently not. Thismorning it was all espresso, no syrup and a splash of whole milk. Some days, it's on point. Everything about the drink iscorrect. I guess it all depends on who's working that morning. But... the employees should know that consistency is key and thedrink should be the same every time. Read more

Absolutely disgusted by the service today at the drive through. I have never used a drive through at any establishment and have... never been to a Starbucks before. I stopped in the drive through by the order board assuming someone would say something andnothing happened so I continued around the corner as the line was long. Arrived at the window and was asked if I had orderedwhere I replied I hadn?t. The male assistant accusingly advised me I had to make the order back at the sign where I advised himI stopped there and nothing happened. He replied- they were busy. So i asked what to do next, did I have to go around againanother 10 mins as the line was long again. He responded with- I should know how drive throughs work and laughed when I told himI?m not from here and I have never used one. Very difficult when I have only had my licence for 1 year even though I am oldenough to be his mother. Total disrespect albeit a look towards another colleague and he got my order begrudgingly which wasactually for someone else not myself. So rude! Read more
This location is unreliable with its service and has gone down hill since previous management left. If you?re going to charge... $6.10 for a cup of coffee then some effort should be put into getting the customers order correct. I ordered a venti with nofoam and ended up with barely a grande worth of actual coffee once the foam was removed. I Read more
