Daughter went into this location and was happy to use coupons and pay with her own money that she earned and when she was trying... to figure out which coupon she want to use the lady tells her she can?t use any of them because they don?t accept them. Reallyfun how they profit from the subway name but don?t accept the subway coupons that draw in the customers. Needless to say I lether get her sub but nothing else and I will not be returning or supporting this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more

The food here is actually great. The place appears to be very clean despite their only being one or two employees at this place,... or at least that I've seen at this place. My issue is with the online ordering. I'm finding this to be a trend with Subway ingeneral. I order on the app, drive to the place, sit and wait while the app says my sandwich is being built. After it iscompleted and says it's ready it doesn't seem to make it to the mobile order pickup. Today my order said it would be finished at12:35 pm. I put in the order around noon and arrived at about 12:05. They were a little busy and the app says the order was notbeing built yet so no big deal. The issue is that at 12:35 exactly the app said my meal was ready and yet still nothing was inthe mobile order pickup. By this time the line was getting longer, so I shouldn't line, waited until someone assisted me andasked about the online order. The lady walked out near the register looked at all the printing out tickets located mine and thenstart at the sandwich. So if the sandwich hadn't even been started yet how could have been listed as being built or even beingcomplete. It seems like it's all based on time and has nothing to do with the actual building or readiness of the food. If theapp is not accurate for data and the mobile water pickup is not actually being used and there should be a sign that tells peoplethat ordered online what they should do. That way people who order online are not just sitting there waiting for somethingthat's never going to happen. Read more

Ordered a medium meatball sub and was shocked how small the size was and the small meatballs. For that price your better of... going somewhere else. Extremely dissatisfied with the price I paid for something under 6inches long. Ate it in 3 bites. Read more

While I was there one of the employees started yelling at another customer because they had tried to get a refill of their... drink. If there was a "No Free Refills" sign I would understand but there is not, and the employee's reaction was veryexcessive. A simple "excuse me, we do not allow free refills" is all that was necessary. Because of this I will not be visitingthis location again. Read more
