Don't know what the deal is with this place, it's almost like they're trying to boost their numbers. Tonight we were made to... pull around front and wait for our food along with seven to eight other patrons also waiting for their food. We pulled into thedriveway at 10:23 and it's now 10:43 and only three cars have gotten their food and more appear to be backfilling from the drivethru..... One patron sped off after blaring their horn presumably without their food and another sped through the drive thrujust a moment ago... I should also add this isn't the first time this has happened, I kind of let it slide the first three timesbut I have to ask now what's going on here taco bell? Are you cheating your numbers for corporate? Edit: Also should add. Ijust checked the bag now that we have our food they didn't include the receipt so now we can't survey their service. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I?ve been too. I placed an order via drive through, when I pulled up to the window I paid and they asked me to... circle back around through the drive through again. I waited 15 minutes in line to get to tue window to pay. I had to place asecond order so I told them I would coke inside. When I went inside I ordered two beef tacos, which were served to me in about3 minutes. When I received my two tacos I asked how much longer for my original order. The lady said she would check, threeminutes later she came back and reported it would take an additional 6 minutes. Not happy at this points, I set an alarm for 6minutes (this is craziness to begin with). Sure enough, 6 minutes roll by so I call over another employee and ask the samequestion. Another 3 minutes later the employee comes back and says, ?I?m sorry, we forgot about your order?. Calmly I ask ifthey can make it (my tacos are now cold). Not even kidding, 3 additional nominee go by, so I ask again?I hear someone in theback say, ?fuck it, I?ll make it?. 2 minutes later, I received my food. Worst. Experience. Ever. Not to mention, the cheesesauce that came with my nachos and cheese was a third of the way full. Read more
I did an order thru the app, I was supposed to get a free mango freeze if I ordered a steak burrito so I ordered the steak... burrito and the app showed the drink free but when I got to taco bell to pick up my order that I had already paid for, they toldme they couldn't process my I order until I paid for the drink that should've been free. I ordered a Supreme Taco for $3.99. I was shocked to have received a Taco mostly shredded Lettuce with a small amount of meat... and sour cream at the bottom. My son's Burrito was not much better. I spent $12.00 for a small Taco, Burrito and one drink. Itwould have been okay if the food was a generous portion for the money. I felt ripped off. Read more
I'm so ecstatic to have a good meal at Taco Bell again!!!! Thanks so much for getting our order correct, filled with fresh... produce, cheese, and perfectly cooked proteins. The taco bells in my area (white marsh) had lost their way. This has been myfavorite fast food for almost 40 years (as long as i can remember). Keep it up! Read more
Awful experience at this taco bell. My anger towards the staff is misdirected although they seem incompetent. I blame the owner... and manager of this place for failing the customers. Don't go to this taco bell until they are better staffed. Read more
I don?t like this place, but it has an uncomfortable, industrial feel to it that makes me miserable in just the way I like.... During the winter, this place is cold. There are no heat sources to warm you, but if you wear a thick coat and some long johnsyou?ll be ok. Read more
