This Chick-fil-A is killed it! Shoutout to the workers on 11/19. We came at lunch time right as church buses were unloading and... we had our food in less than 5 minutes. The staff worked diligently and were thankful for that! Read more
This has been the worst experience. First they only put half the potato fries in the boxes. Second, ordered the spicy grilled... chicken, got regular grilled, on stale bread. Ask for pickles, box was marked w/pickles but know pickles. The kale salad waslarge stalks and not fresh. I work in the restaurant business and know all about shortages. This order had nothing to do withthat. Maybe get employees that can read the order. Read more
This was the WORST drive thru experience I?ve ever had. It took 45 minutes to get through the drive through. They switched off... of the breakfast menu right as we were about to be able to order. Get to the speaker to order and no one says anything. I said?hello? and they responded with they needed a minute. Three other cars place their order at the speaker next to me before I caneven start ordering. Lady at the window was rude. Did not apologize for the wait or even tell me to have a nice day or thank mefor spending money at their restaurant. Then after all of that they had the wrong sauces in the bag. This place needs work.Would have been faster to sit down at 5 Oaks right down the road. Read more

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-a. The staff was above and beyond friendly and kind, walking... around and asking if we needed anything and offering refills. The food was warm and fresh, and came out about 2 minutes after wehad ordered. We stayed for a couple of hours, but never felt rushed out or unwelcome. James, the manager of care, was alwayswalking around with a smile and making us feel welcome. I can't say enough good things about this place. :) Read more
As with any Chick-fil-A, there was a long line, but it moved fast. The service did not disappoint. They were courteous, ... friendly, and professional. Our food was accurate, hot, and fresh. This is one of my favorite restaurants! I am so glad that wewere able to find one in this town. Read more
This Chick-fil-A location was awesome! Very busy, yet very clean with friendly, courteous employees who truly care about the... customers. An employee working in the dining room came by our table 4 times while we were there to check on us and ask if weneeded anything. The food was very good, as always.
