Would not take gift cards therefore we had to pay cash. Don't carry much cash when traveling. Pussed me off.

They need to change their hours to reflect the actual hours they put the Hot Now sign on. We arrived two different evenings way... before the sign was supposed to be off and the app showed it was on. The first night the sign was off for at least 30 minutesthe employee stated. Tonight the second night the sign was on for one hour and turned off as we got there. It was supposed to beon for at least another hour. We were told the donuts were only warm. Disappoint. Read more

Gosh I love Krispy Kreme! This location is great if you live north of Gatlinburg. You can grab these on your way home. Quick... fast service with amazing selection. My choice is the cake batter with cream filling. Plan on spending $15-$25 for 2 people. Read more

Clean, quiet, and courteous employees. Not to mention the heavenly smell of freshly baked doughnuts. Also a huge selection.

I went when they were warm and the donut just melted in my mouth. Very friendly service but a little disappointed with no local... discount. Great store and great donuts though. We used them for my son's birthday party and that turned out amazing. Read more
