Wish I didn't have to give a star cause they sure don't deserve any. Ordered 5 pizzas through DoorDash while on vacation. While... eating a slice of plain pizza, I discovered a folded up band-aid stuck to the bottom of the slice. When we called to complainand express concern, we were told they could only offer us a replacement pizza and to get a refund we had to go throughDoorDash. Absolutely disgusting and the woman who asked the phone call did not seem to care at all and even hung up on us. Theyclearly do not take care of their kitchen or prep area and sure don't care about the customers. Read more

I have already posted a review but not sure where it went. We called to order a pizza and Amber answered the phone. She has to... be the rudest , most disrespectful, condescending person I have ever spoken with where customer service matters. I?m really notsure how this young lady still has a job if she speaks to everyone like this. Her confidence in her horrible attitude tells methis wasn?t her first time being so rude. Read more

My review is low not because of the food or the service received from the person on the phone that took my order. the best pizza... i have had in a long time. my issue was that the delivery girl was so rude and angry because she could not find the location ofthe resort we were staying at. this is after the person who took the call knew exactly where we were. I received multiple callsfrom the driver and while i was trying to explain to her how to find us, kept interrupting me and ranting about how i shouldhave gave a better directions in the first place. It carried on for several minutes until i finally told the driver to take theorder back and to forget about it. We have stopped by this Pzza Hut almost every Friday for years. The last couple of months, however, thier poor customer service... has undone all of the years of good service that this location has provided and has lost them our business. I called one timeand was asked if it was carry out or for delivery. When I said "carry out" I was placed on hold without another word and wasleft on hold until I hung up. The last several times (4 or 5 times) that we have called, we have been placed directly on holdwith no word spoken. INCREDIBLY rude phone manners and completely unacceptable for any business that intends to continue doingbusiness. All of those times, I ignored my instincts to hang up immediately and tried to give them a few minutes but no one EVERanswers the phone. Tonight, I stayed on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever picked up. Couple that with the incredibly obnoxiousand ear-splitting chicken wing song that serves as thier hold music, and I am fed up. Also. This location never has a glutenfree crust so I can never eat there. We have to go two separate places to get my food and my husband's, which I could get overfor my husband, who loves thier pizza, but is an irritation none the less.This is very irritating because it wouldn't cost thema thing to keep a couple of gf crusts in thier freezer like other pizza places do. This is an old gripe but, since I amreviewing them, I wanted to lay that one out too. So now Papa Johns is our pizza place. They have a call center but the ordersare always right and I can get my gf too. I hope somebody at Pizza Hut is reading the MANY reviews that say the same thing andmake some changes soon. It is a shame that a company that has a product that is better than all of the competition is losingbusiness because of poor customer service. Read more

Very rude people work here. When I called the ?manager? Amber, to explain why I decided to go to Papa Johns instead of... continuing my purchase there, she ?heckled? & hung up on me. No wonder they get bad reviews. I don?t need their burnt pizza?sanyway. There are MANY options in this area. But I won?t support this one. Save your money & go to a REAL pizza place!! Read more

The last three months this location as gone downhill. We have gone to this location for 8 years and up until recently we have... loved it. Now the orders are wrong, the food isn't as good( made terrible, too much sauce, not supplying extra when ordered andpaid for. Never making a wrong right! You will sit at the drive thru for 10-20 minutes at most times. Time to find a new pizzaplace with hopes this Pizza Hut will get back to the way it used to be. Read more

Let me first say that I actually have had a good pizza from here in the past. This last time, however, I ordered two different... medium pan pizzas and they were both pretty awful. Firstly, they were both suppose to be pan crust and the crusts werecompletely different on each pizza and neither good. Bummer - quality seems to have really dropped - not sure whether due toemployees that don't care or supply chain issues and they're having to use other ingredients. Read more

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of cheesesticks for delivery. 2 hours later no delivery. I called to inquire about the order... and was placed on hold then hung up on. $68 spent no food so I called back and the manager was rude and yelling at me. She saidher employee changed my order to pick up. After 2 hours wouldn't you think something was wrong? I will never order from thisplace again. She needs a lesson in customer service! Read more
