I only left one star because the cashier was really cool. But that manager has the worst attitude . Waited a hour for 3 tacos.... When I asked for a refund she snatched the receipt and was very rude. Completely unaware that I won't bite my tongue. That ladysucked so bad . I will never be back. And I'll be calling corporate. Read more
We stopped in to get a bite to eat as we were heading home to Ohio from Gatlinburg TN. I love the bean burrito with extra red... sauce on it and on the side. With extra cheese. It t was the best bean burrito I have ever had from taco bell!! You know whenyou order extras a lot of time I don't think they even put it on but this one was packed with red sauce and the cheese. I came through the drive through. They said the cinnabons come naked with no cinnamon and politely asked to give us our missing... supreme burrito. Highly rude. We go to Taco Bell all the time including a number of times at this location. I thought there was at least some type of... uniformity in what they put into menu items. Ordered a taco supreme and basically got a kind of dry taco shell with probably theusual amount of lettuce tomato sour cream and cheese but if it was one teaspoon of meat in the whole taco I would be shocked. Absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a Taco Bell Team member, and I go to a Taco Bell restaurant at least 2 times a... week. The Baja Blast freeze was out of order and it was suggested I get another drink. No problem, but I asked if all thefreezes were down or just that flavor and was met the THE RUDEST response I have ever encountered. Britney J. talked down to meand was extremely condescending. At that point, I told her to go ahead and leave the drink on the menu as she had it and wasnever asked to round my order up. When I got the Baja Blast soda alternative to the freeze, it was soda water and I had to askthe window attendant to switch it out, was met with more disdain. I had to ask for my receipt 5 times and when filling out thesurvey, just noticed my order was rounded up without my permission as well. Treated poorly, the food keeps getting moreexpensive and sloppier and now had $.07 stolen from me. You do that to all your customers and it sure adds up so it's poorbusiness practice.
