We have continually given this Wendy's a chance because our kids love the frostys. However it has been several months of sub par... service and food. When you have to wait in line for an hour for fast food it no longer makes sense. They make each car wait 10to 15 minutes before ordering which should be plenty of time to cook each order fresh. But we have received cold soggy foodagain today. Food so old that we could not even eat it. So we basically spent $40 and an hour of time for nothing. I understandbeing short staffed but when you can see 5 to 6 employees in the restaurant with no dining room open the service and food shouldnot be an issue in the drive through. Read more
Food is only good during the week during business hours. But don't plan on eating in the dining room. It's a 30% chance you... might be able to eat in there. Do not go on the weekend. I spent 12 minutes waiting behind somebody who was trying to make anorder and she said she had been there a previous 10 minutes. Apparently Wendy's doesn't want business. Avoid at all cost. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They got both orders wrong, and didn?t even make the orders they made correctly.... The cashier ?accidentally? closed the cash drawer before giving me my change and never gave it to me. They might have gottenthrough 1 car every 10 minutes if I?m being generous. I ordered at drive thru for 1st time i order 50pc family size spicy chicken nuggets and the family size chili. Both were a great... price at 11.99 each and both were very fresh nuggets where just cooked. I was very pleased with all my order. I ask for cheese nonion add ons for chili. I was amazed. They took time to out in 6 individual cups with lids of onions and of cheese. Pluse 4 togo bowls aNd spoons very. Ice inappreciated the time they took to do all that and i wasnt at drive thru more than 5mins. Veryimpressed with the new Wendys i dolly parton will be back. Loved it. Read more
Poor folks only 3 working. And the air conditioner was broke! Dining room locked for lack of help. Sweet gal at the window was... sweating bullets standing in the sun at the drive thru window. I ordered a Dave single, was charged and received a double withcheese. I wasn?t about to complain. I?d quit. Send the 3 who showed up home with pay. No air is in human it?s 95 degrees today! We sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes which is ridiculous for any fast food restaurant. But I was hoping that maybe... that meant our food would be fresh. I was wrong. I worked for wendys for years so I know what old fries and nuggets look likethis food has been sitting under the warmers for atleast 2 hours. Could have used the nugget as bricks for the building and thefries were like wet noodles. And the only sandwich we ordered they didn't make right. This place sucks. Read more
Only has three people working. Waited for someone to take our order, then when we got the order it was wrong. Two burgers had to... be remade and new fries given. The lady working was super nice and the food was good once it was served correctly. Read more
