Gotta say this! Would have been 5-stars for the rating on service to ! But I've gotten to many French Dip sandwiches , with no... dip! As well as a few times that I've gotten shorted on my cheese sticks! Learned to check the bag before I pull forward!Otherwise I love this Arby's! Considering everything nowadays! They closed their lobby conveniently at 4.30pm same time truck drivers start finishing their day. After 4.30 if you're a truck... driver they expect you to stand in line of cars and rain. Disrespectful. McDonald's next door will allow anyone inside no matterwho they are. Read more

Crispy Chicken Sandwich came with one small piece of chicken in it which only covered half the sandwich, the rest was just... bread. All 4 large fries were different temperatures, the one I ate were the coldest.
