I ordered online, pickup time was 25 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later. Food wasn't ready so the guy said wait in your car... and we'll bring it out when it's ready. 25 additional minutes of sitting in the parking lot later we go back in to find thepizza was ready. Got home and open the pizza and it's black from being burnt, the little sausage pieces were basically ash.However, giving an extra star because the cheesy garlic bread was amazing! Read more

If the 'owner/manager' knew anything about his online ordering system, we would not have ended up with pizzas with NO CHEESE ON... HALF. It is impossible (literally, I tested it) to order a pizza with half no cheese and half with cheese through the onlineordering system. So, their staff messed up, and he blamed it on me, all the while some random rude lady is yelling in thebackground 'LEARN HOW TO ORDER.' I recommend you learn how to read your online tickets and also, some professionalism. The manon the phone refused to try and help and told me it was my fault for ordering incorrectly. I have never received such awful service. They messed up our pizza order and when we called to have our order corrected, the... owner yelled at us while an employee was screaming in the background. They hung up on us, and when we reached out to corporate,they also refused to refund our money. I will never eat at an east of Chicago ever again. Read more
After all these years they are still the best pizza place in Seville. Their product is always consistent and always of the best... quality whenever I have ordered. Generally I love my east of Chicago Taco pizza. The last 4 or 5 times have been not so much. Tonight we ordered a stuffed crust... Taco pizza, and a stuffed crust pepperoni. Usually it's late, and not so warm. Tonight was the absolute worst. We got somevery sweet stuffed crust on both pizzas, the rest you had to use a spoon for it was so thin. We were told it's the way youordered it, there is nothing we can do for you! If i pay more for a stuffed crust the rest should be normal, no it's not the wayI ordered it, it is the way you ripped me off though!!!!! I'd post pics doesn't give me the option to????
