My family loves Jimmy John's. Clearly the best sandwich in town. However, when we went through the drive through today I asked,... for mayo on the side, didn't get it at all, I asked for onion on two sandwiches did not get it. I asked for mustard that wasdijon and didn't get any mustard at all and asked for jalapenos and barely had any had to open sandwich and look to see if therewere any. My first bite of sandwich was just tomato. The service was good the young lady at the window who talked to me and mydogs is very personable and friendly. I am not sure what happened. I am sure it was an accident. I just feel I needed to saysomething because this isn't the first time this has happened. There are other places that my family has come to expect they reare not able to complete an order correctly, Jimmy John's isn't one of them. I hope. It was september 4th 2022 The location 132S 5th Street. Check #76 1:51 pm. 1# a Turkey Tom 3.49 Receipt states No mayo No tomato Add cheese .79 Take Mayo packets (thisitem was missing) 2# The ultimate porker 8.29 Add hot peppers (so few had to look for them.) Add onion (no onion) Add Jimmyjohn mustard(missing this all together. ) Add cheese. 3# country club didn't even get that I asked for onion but got the extramayo and the sandwich was constructed so that my first bite was tomato and bread. Again I am sure this was a mistake but thishas happened before in less than a month. Order taker was Misty total of check 27 95. No we are not looking for any free itemsor reimbursement. I just went to the Seward JJ at 11:00 a.m. and received above and beyond absolutely outstanding service both quality AND freaky... fast from the pleasant and friendly girl at the drive through window. I wish I got her name, but she was very friendly/smiley,and and colorful nails. She deserves a raise from whatever she currently makes. The food is good, but she makes me want to comeback because even though we?re strangers she treats me as if we?re good friends, and that?s a special quality. Keep beingawesome! Read more

Great service for being a new place! I loved the zesty garden sandwich. The breadcrumbs on top were a nice touch. Fire Roasted... tomatoes were awesome as well. Probably the best sandwich i have ever had. Our sandwiches were made super fast also, so that wasnice. The water tasted fresh too. So glad they came to Seward. I will be downloading the rewards app! Placed my order at 1252 to be delivered by 145 and was roughly 1 mile away from the store. I called at approximately 150 to be... told that they had just started to make the sandwich and received my order at 205. On top of that my sandwich wasnt even madecorrectly. Explain why or how that was to hard to accomplish. Read more
